Georgia Neck & Back

Accident Care Without the Upfront Bill

Georgia law lets accident victims recover treatment costs from the at-fault driver's insurance. Until then, most patients don't pay at the front desk.

How $0 Out-of-Pocket Works

You weren't at fault? Georgia liability coverage applies

Georgia requires every driver to carry liability insurance. When someone else causes the wreck, their coverage can pay for your medical treatment — including chiropractic care.

A lien or letter of protection bridges the gap

Insurance rarely pays mid-case. A lien (or LOP) is a simple agreement: we treat you now, and the bill is addressed when your claim resolves. You're not paying out of pocket at every visit.

If you have a representative, we coordinate

With your written authorization, we work directly with whoever handles your claim — billing, records, everything. If you don't have representation, we explain your options plainly and never push.

Insurance & cash options always exist

Health insurance, med-pay coverage, or straightforward cash rates — whatever fits your situation. We'll lay out every option before treatment starts.

Accident Care Questions, Answered

Plain answers to what patients ask us most after a wreck.

How much does chiropractic care cost after a car accident?

If you were not at fault, your care may cost you nothing out of pocket. Georgia auto liability coverage can pay for accident-related treatment, and many patients are treated on a lien or letter of protection — meaning bills are handled at the end of your case instead of at the front desk. We'll explain your options in plain language before treatment begins, and you are never pressured into anything you don't understand.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No. You can call or walk in — same-day appointments are often available at our Tucker, Lawrenceville and Snellville clinics after an accident.

What injuries do you treat after a car accident?

Whiplash, neck and back pain, herniated discs, headaches, shoulder and knee injuries, and soft-tissue damage from low-speed and high-speed collisions alike. Some injuries don't show up for days — an exam early is the smart move.

I already have an attorney. How does that work?

We work alongside your attorney's office: they handle the legal side, we handle your recovery and the medical documentation your case needs. With your written authorization we coordinate records and billing directly with their team so you can focus on healing.

Do I have to settle my case to be treated?

No — nothing about your treatment depends on any legal outcome. Care decisions are clinical decisions. We just make the billing side as stress-free as possible while your case is open.
